The new 2021 Slingshot Salmon feels a lot like a snowboard on water. With slightly more flex than a traditional 155 Nomad and a completely smooth base, it delivers an incredible sense of freedom on the water and obstacles.

The Slingshot Salmon is a new breed of the Slingshot Nomad, available exclusively in a 155 cm length and built entirely for park riding.

Developed in partnership with pro team rider Victor Salmon, the belly channels have been removed to create a completely smooth base for ultimate freedom on obstacles. From unstrapped kickflips to fully strapped technical mastery, the Salmon is designed to bring a unique combination of freedom, control and playful performance to the cable park.

This all-new fishstick quickly became a standout in the Slingshot range — and, according to Slingshot, the first sample was so good that it mysteriously disappeared from their headquarters. Get it while it's hot!

Technical features

Singleshot Fusion Sidewalls
Slingshot has transferred the same technology found in high-durometer urethane skateboard wheels into the rail of the board. The innovative manufacturing process literally infuses the rail into the board core in a single shot, producing excellent dampening and durability.

Ballistic Base
With 0.7 mm of bulletproof protection between the board and the surfaces you're sliding across, the Ballistic Base has been tested extensively by aggressive park riders. It provides outstanding durability for rails, obstacles and other demanding park features.

Atomic Wood Core
The vertically laminated wood core construction gives Slingshot boards their distinctive feel, combining durability with the natural flex and response that wakeboarders love.

Carbon Bedrock Inserts
Light, flexible and extremely strong, the inserts are reinforced with carbon fiber before being inlaid into the board. This reduces overall board weight, increases pull strength and provides a more consistent flex underfoot.

Continuous Rocker Profile
The continuous rocker provides faster board speed on the water, allowing you to ride longer with less arm fatigue. The result is an exciting, fast and playful feel that's perfectly suited to park riding.
