Shipping & Delivery
GENERAL CONDITIONS
- Packages are usually dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment.
- Shipping fees include handling and packing fees.
- Goods are under the responsibility of the seller until actual delivery to the buyer.
- Delivery must be made within 30 days, otherwise customer may withdraw and the payment will be fully refunded on the account through which initial payment was made.
- We advise you to check your shipping address when order summary. In case of error on the shipping address, the shipping cost for a new shipment will be borne by the customer.
- Deliveries are made only in countries from European Community. Any request made outside EUROPE needs special contact request.
- Times indicated are approximate.
- BILLY.BE reserves the right to split orders at no extra charge and cannot be held responsible for any consequences of late delivery. In case of unusual delay, an email will be sent and you will be contacted by telephone.
- In no event BILLY.BE be held responsible for any delay in delivery of the order.
- We disclaim any responsibility for delays due to strikes, natural disasters, etc.
- You must indicate on the delivery and form of handwritten reserves accompanied by your signature any anomaly concerning the delivery (damage, etc.). This verification is considered done when the purchaser or a person authorised by it, signs the delivery.
GUIDELINE ON SIGNING FOR A PACKAGE*

INSPECT THE PACKAGE BEFORE SIGNING
Carefully inspect the exterior of the package for any signs of damage such as tears, dents, or holes. -
DOCUMENT THE CONDITION
Take photos of the package from multiple angles before opening it. If there is visible damage, make sure to capture this clearly in the photos.
Make a note of any damages on the delivery receipt or electronic device provided by the delivery person. Be as detailed as possible. -
SIGN WITH CONDITIONS
If the package shows signs of damage, sign the delivery receipt with a note stating “Subject to inspection” or “Damaged packaging, contents not inspected”.
Retain a copy of the signed receipt with the note for your records. -
CHECK CONTENTS PROMPTLY
Open the package as soon as possible after delivery to check the condition of the contents.
If you find any damage, take photos of the damaged goods and the packaging.
*Please note: If these conditions are not met, we may not be able to assist in submitting a claim for damaged goods.

*All Surf/Wave/Wing/SUP boards are exempt for free shipping and are subject to the following fees as shown in the Surfboard shipping rates below

❗️⚠️IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR ORDERS SHIPPED OUTSIDE THE EU⚠️❗️
When placing an order on our website for delivery outside the EU, your total costs will exclude the 21% Belgian VAT. Upon delivery, you may incur local VAT and customs fees. These charges are YOUR responsibility and must be paid directly to the carrier. Our regular carrier is UPS for shipments outside the EU.
NOTE: We are not responsible for any additional import and customs charges. Please ensure you are aware of potential import costs to avoid surprises. Customs duties for non-EU countries are not calculated by our system or charged by us. These depend on the destination country and the product category, and are imposed by the relevant authorities or importers. The information provided is based on our best efforts and no rights can be derived from it. Customs regulations may change, so it is possible this information may not always be completely accurate. Ensure you are well-informed to avoid unexpected costs.
