The North Carve 2021 is the brand's dedicated surf and strapless freestyle kite: powerful, reactive and controllable, with direct pivot steering, evolved slackline drift and effortless roll-to-relaunch. For 2021 it received an evolved design with a more playful feel, built around a new bridle for an extremely direct bar feel, a wider wind range, better depower in strong winds and a noticeably better high end. Its two-stage arc and larger leading edge let it sit deeper in the wave pocket and relaunch instantly, while new reinforced canopy material made it both lighter and stronger than the 2020 model. It thrives in big waves, small waves and anything in between, and also impresses with lofty jumps and strapless freestyle performance.
